Brianna is a Nervous System Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Social Worker. She is also the founder of Mindset to Movement — an online coaching platform helping overwhelmed mums go from burnt out to confident, energised, and in control — and the owner of The Breath Room, where she facilitates 1:1 and group breathwork sessions.
